However, too many people become overly stressed and frustrated when planning these wonderful events. There are pretty matters in the events which easily to be neglected. Therefore, our team is formed for solving this problems. We are experienced consultants who will use our expertise to help create memorable and stress-free events for our clients. We have rented the store in this shopping mall as our office for usual activities. This location is quite nice because it always crowded by a cluster of citizens. This helps us to increase the business awareness.

The Best Wish Wedding Planner (TBW) is a well-organized although it is a small corporate. The business owner is Ms Li Haoting. She is the one who generate the ideas and actualize it. Her duty is to track on the overall performance of the corporate, ensure the quality of the service and feedback of the customers.

Besides, we have other subordinates who play important role in marketing, human resource and financing department respectively. Their roles is to make sure the management of the corporate runs smoothly. There is one another secretary who helps to schedule the corporate routine.

Next, in order to perform the demands of the customers, there is a special team has been formed. The team members are experienced in creating wedding ceremony, informs the vendors and so on. There are 6 person in the team, who are expert in their careers.

A) Product

The term “product” refers to tangible, physical products as well as services. For our business, it is a service-based corporate. We mainly provide the consulting service for the wedding planner. The customers can choose the full-set services or a specific part of the services.

The services provided in full set included providing ideas on propose marriage, designing the wedding ceremony event, suggesting the venues for wedding ceremony, contacting the photographers for wedding photo session, making video of the couple’s love story, making confirmation with vendors such as wedding dress and preparing the wedding cars.

However, our customers still can give their suggestion on any part. Our service provided is flexible and adjustable. For example, the bridegroom may want to make performance for his bride and then we will help him to make the full preparation to ensure the smoothness of the overall performance.

B) Price

Our service provided is based on the client’s budget. But, we guarantee that our service is valuable and its price for sure is reasonable. For example, if you want to engage the live band to sing songs in the wedding dinner, the expenses normally is roughly RM 2000 for three hours. However, our pricing is much cheaper because we have our own musician band.

Since the Christmas is coming soon, and there is a hot season for the married couples. Thus, we have the promotion price for two pairs of the married couples on the same date. For example, Wendy and her best friend, Angela have made engagement of marriage with their lovely boyfriends. Therefore, if they are together marry at the same date and asking us for the wedding planner service, there will be a 30% discount on the overall expenses.
